How old do you have to be to jump on the trampolines?
Jumping on the trampolines is suitable for ages 2 -102! We strongly encourage toddlers to come during our weekly toddler time. Sadly, children under the age of 2 cannot jump with us (but we will be ready for them when they turn 2!)
How can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased directly in the park during any business hours. If you do not live locally, dont worry, we can mail them to you! Our gift card order form can be exchanged through email and payment can be taken over the phone.
Can gift cards be used at any Altitude location?
Unfortunately, at this time gift cards can only be used at the location they were purchased at. Each park operates independently and without our systems being connected, we are unable to process gift cards purchased at another location.
What is Toddler Time?
Toddler time is offered Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm with a discounted hourly rate for children ages 2-6.
Please note: We are still open to the general public during Toddler Time! Toddler Time is NOT available on weekends, during School Vacations or Holidays.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, sweats, and t-shirts. Altitude Trampoline Jump Socks are required. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs. You may not wear shoes on the trampolines. No jewelry is permitted on the trampolines. Refer to our park rules for more details.
What if I have a hard cast on, or a walking boot am I still able to jump?
Unfortunately, for the safety of yourself, those around you and the equipment you are UNABLE to jump on the equipment with any cast on. We want you to heal your existing injury before jumping with us. Come visit us when you get your cast removed!
Is food available?
Drinks and vending-machine-type snacks are available for sale.
Can additional pizza be ordered for my party?
Absolutely! Our Altitude party staff will confirm your reservation by phone or email 48 hours prior to event. At this time additional pizza and guests can be added.
If my party ends early, can we continue to jump until all of our time is used?
We do not allow additional jumping after the celebration portion of parties because those tummies need time to settle. Jumping so soon after eating is never a good idea!
Do I need to make reservations or can I just show up?
While you don’t need to make reservations ahead of time, we highly recommend it on weekends and school vacations as we typically book to capacity. By purchasing your Jump Passes ahead of time, you are guaranteed to gain entry into the park, no matter how busy it is when you arrive.
How do I make a reservation?
We are unable to take phone reservations. The only way to make a reservation is to purchase your Jump Pass on-line. You will need use a credit/debit card in order to purchase your tickets. If you would like to reserve your spots with cash or use any kind of coupon or discount card, you will have to come to our facility and do this in person.
Do you offer coupons?
Yes, please check local mailings for coupons. Original coupon is required at time of purchase, photocopies will not be accepted. Only one coupon may be applied per transaction.
NOTE: *COUPONS/DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE APPLIED TO ON-LINE PURCHASES.
Can I apply a coupon to an online ticket purchase?
No, at this time coupons cannot be applied to online orders. In order to redeem your coupon you must purchase your jump pass at the park. Coupons cannot be applied to online purchases. Pre purchased tickets are not subject to discounts at time of arrival.
What if I have purchased Jump Passes on-line & I am running late/can’t make it?
Unfortunately your jump time is non-transferrable. Please plan on arriving at least 20 minutes before your jump time is set to begin to allow for waiver check in, wristbands and Trampoline Safety Socks (if you don’t already have them). Your jump time will begin promptly at the time you chose. Like an airport, we are on a tight schedule, and jump passes need to be used for the time-frame they were purchased, as it affects our capacity/headcount for the entire park. We can’t alter your Jump Pass time for you because you hit traffic or didn’t get out of the house in time!
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, everyone who jumps on our trampolines must first sign our waiver. Those under 18 must have the waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. And the parent or legal guardian must be present to verify this information on the first visit to the park. Electronic waivers signed at our in-store kiosk or online are valid for 1 year. Paper waivers signed in person are only valid for 1 day. All waivers must be confirmed and verified with a valid picture id. (No Exceptions!)
If I completed an online (electronic) waiver, do I need to print and take it with me?
NO! You do not need the printed copy of the waiver as long as you recieved an email confirmation that your waiver was successfully completed. Upon check-in you will verify the information with a valid driver's license/ID.
What is the inclement weather policy?
The safety of our customers and staff is very important to us. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe road conditions, Altitude may close early. In the event of closing early there will be social media posts on Twitter and Facebook announcing the details. If you choose not to use your online jump passes/ if you choose not to attend a party or group event that you have scheduled with us due to inclement weather or unsafe road conditions you forfeit your tickets/deposit.
Can outside food or drink be brought into the park?
No outside food or drink is allowed in the park but we do have drinks and snacks available for purchase.
